—Full-service dispatch

More than just load booking.

You drive. We handle the rest — paperwork, broker negotiation, load problems and your next load, planned before you deliver.

  1. 01

    Paperwork handled

Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and broker setup packets handled on every load, plus invoicing and factoring submissions on Professional and Enterprise plans.

  2. 02

    Broker negotiation

We negotiate rates, detention and load terms with brokers on your behalf, and you approve every load before it's booked.

  3. 03

    Problems solved

Detention, layovers, TONU, cancellations and load issues — we deal with the broker so you keep driving.

  4. 04

    Advance booking

We plan and book your upcoming loads ahead whenever possible, so your truck isn't waiting on the board.

  5. 05

    Backhaul planning

We line up your next load before you deliver, to cut deadhead.

  6. 06

    Smart load planning

Local, regional and OTR freight matched to your truck, equipment, home time and preferred lanes.

02What we do

The right dispatch for the right haul.

The backbone of American freight.

Dry Van Dispatch

Dry van is the highest-volume equipment type in the U.S. — and the most competitive. We cut through the noise with lane planning that keeps you out of low-paying markets, stacks backhauls before you deliver, and targets shippers with fast loading times.

  • Load sourcing across DAT, Truckstop and private broker boards
  • Round-trip and multi-stop lane planning
  • Rate negotiation including detention & layover terms
  • Broker setup packets and credit checks

Rates vary by state, lane, equipment, load type, market conditions, deadhead and negotiated rate, and are not guaranteed. Weekly gross is an estimate based on about 2,500–3,000 miles per week, before fuel, dispatch fees, insurance and other operating costs. It is not a guarantee of earnings — actual revenue varies by market, lanes, load availability, equipment and negotiated rates.

03The process

Less chasing. More moving.

Four steps from first call to first load — most carriers are rolling within 24 hours.

  1. STEP 01

    Connect

Tell us about your truck, equipment, home time and preferred lanes. Onboarding takes about 20 minutes — MC, W-9, COI and you're live.

  2. STEP 02

    Find

We search DAT, Truckstop, and our private broker network for the highest-paying freight that fits your lanes and schedule.

  3. STEP 03

    Negotiate

Our dispatchers work brokers hard for top rates, detention, and TONU terms — then send you the rate con to approve before we book.

  4. STEP 04

    Move

You haul. We handle check calls, paperwork, tracking updates, and invoicing or factoring submissions so you get paid fast.

—Local broker network

Local brokers. Direct shippers.

Apex Truckin connects owner-operators and fleets directly with local and regional freight brokers and shippers in 23 key states — not just the loads posted on DAT and Truckstop. Beyond these states, our dispatchers still find and book freight nationwide across all 48 contiguous states through DAT, Truckstop and our wider network of 1,200+ broker partners.
